Valentines Ideas

Thinking of some of the things from the Crafting for Christmas thread, you could always do 'Pots of Love'... get a small jar, fill it with cherry lips, love heart sweets (or other general red/love themed sweets) and give that as a token gesture. There's no end to what you can add...
Or, someone posted that they did a pot containing 100 reasons why I love you. They got the list from here and printed them on individual pieces of paper folded up. I am sure once you read the list you will be able to think of your own ones to include/adapt.0

That's right. Funny enough, I could picture the love bug scratchcards from last year! Thanks for following on with your pic.0

Fab ideas there. Off the back of that one of the £1 shops do a hot water bottle with a heart cover... if I remember right it was Poundworld and it was in the last month or so! Worth keeping your eyes out for those, especially as they are a fraction of those on Amazon - eek!0

A daft idea I know, but this is a bee I have made with a round striped mint using punched hearts and googly eyes - I will probably make quite a few and pop them in work mates pigeon holes on Valentines Day!
I am going to post Valentine Ideas on my blog from 25th Jan if you'd like to pop and have a look.
Just google itsallfiddlefart to find me or check out my profile.

            A BOX OF HUGS
Tie an empty box with ribbon and add this poem to a tag.

This is a very special gift that you can never see,
The reason its so special is because its just for you from me
Whenever you feel lonely or are ever feeling blue
You only have to hold this gift and know I'm hugging you
You never can unwrap it, please leave the ribbon tied
Just hold the box close to your heart its full of love inside.
(you can change the wording from hugs to love too)Bump due 22nd September0

I am doing a valentine craft with the children at my grandsons nursery. I am using wooden pegs, spring ones, then a wooden heart will be stuck to the peg. The children will then be able to paint the heart and peg and when that has dried there will be lots of sparkly stuff to stick on the hearts. When finished I will stick a magnet on the back for them and the nursery are going to get photos of the children making them which will then be clipped on with the peg. Hey presto a Valentine fridge magnetNothing Changes if Nothing Changes0
