Reclaiming bank charges in Scotland

I thought I would open up a new thread for this.
If you are in Scotland, its different from England/Wales. The limit here in Small claims is £750.
There is the summary cause option between £750 and £1500, this is different and is more for legal folk.
Small claims...some have suggested putting in all claims at once but the banks lump the claims together and would not be permisable in small claims. The other option would be to put in one claim, win, put in a second BUT this may not be looked on favourably either, seen as an abuse of the small claims.
I have looked at http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/
and http://www.govanlc.com/
Has anyone anyone claimed for more than £750? If so which method have you used?

We have a user on CAG who is now on his 3rd claim with the same bank, it seems to be the accepted manner of doing things, you just need to make sure that one claim is settled before you go for the next one.0
