Tesco vegetarian nutroast £1

Was in the 5 ways Tescos in Birmingham today and saw the veggie nutroast dinner was £1 they are selling them off and wont be restocking them the SA told me.

Not tried them before but got 3 to freeze. They are suitable for vegans too.

Its basically a slice of nutroast and stuffing balls and packet of onion gravy. Good to keep in for any veggie/vegan guests.

Does annoy me that they start selling veggie items that are ok for vegans then stop selling them but £1 is good price to try them.

My daughter had one for Christmas. She said it was ok but not as nice as nut cutlets from Tesco. Mind you at £1 I am sure she'd love it!

For £1 I reckon they will be ok, Never as good as making your own nutroast. Ive started making them and freezing them in foil containers since my friend sent me her easy nutroast recipe which is so nice:D
