  • Most shops are putting the prices up and making excuses of VAT - which is only an increase of 2.5%, so no way is going from £2 to £3.50 a 2.5% increase! I work at NEXT and we've had to put the prices up of alot of items due to the VAT - it's all just an excuse really because NEXT never did decrease their prices when the VAT was reduced!
  • The mini gift sets I ordered were £3 and are now £5! Pleased I ordered when I did lol

So annoying that the prices have gone up. I'm not going to order now. Probably just as well I didn't order yesterday though, since I have so many toiletries already!

Ditto here! Kept adding stuff to basket then changed mind, then added, then deleted again .... BUT thanks Body shop for increasing prices as I definately dont want now!
  • I went into a body shop today and the prices were cheaper than the online prices which seem to have jumped a bit. Not sure if this is for all stores though..

I noticed this too. One item was only £1.50 in store but its £4 on the site

They've put the price up of non sale items that i bought in december. I bought some eyeliner from them before xmas & it was £6, now its £7.50
Theres no excuse for a £1.50 hike in the price..... won't be buying that again.

    That really is crazy..
  • Received my delivery of several mini £2 gift sets today, although the UPS driver didn't knock or must have tapped the door like a mouse cos had go round next doors to collect. I must say for £1.50 (15% TCB 10% discount code) I'm really happy, and they will make lovely gifts
