As I understang it, ljxf is partly right. You can only win an instant prize once (per person) as per the terms. Then, the higher the points score you have the more chance you have of winning the main prize - like a raffle draw if you like. But I don't think the prize goes to the highest point scorer.

Fro the t&cs:

Each Creme Egg code can only be used once and a participant can only win an Instant Win prize once throughout the promotion. However, once won, the participant is still eligible for the Grand Prize by collecting further Creme Egg codes and therewith increasing the number of points accumulated
