Hi! ive been a member of mse for a while but never ventured onto this board, he's my little story, there is me (22) DF (25) and DD (1)

DF works full time while i am not a SAHM, we moved into our house 2 and half years ago, our mortgage is a 40year term (woaaahh - seemed like a good idea at the time) and its for 72k (plus 10k loan we had on top as it didnt have any Central heating or double glazing!) so we borrowed 82kish.

Seems a very long way a way but as i pass these bigger detatched houses with the big garden, we are DF decided we'd eventually like to end up in one, which basically means weve got got save about 100k at least!!

I was so motivated at first but the ereality is, how the hell do i save that much?
Some will probably think im daft to even imagining it.

In 8 years our 10k loan will be gone, so thats 90k to go! lol, please somebody tell me im not insane!!

and with the property market as it is there is no way we cn make a profit on our house if we sold it, maybe break even so we cant even sell then move and so on, to raise the cash.

hope you dont mind me cashing your board! :D:A:A
