90% LTV mortgages?!

Hi,

We're looking to put our house on the market by the end of January and are looking to make sure buying our next house is feasible.

When we sell our current house the equity will still only be about 10% of our new house value, so we need a 90% mortgage.

Is anyone aware of any good 90% mortgage rates at the moment? Any help would be appreciated.

It really depends on what you are looking for.

And this will be dictated by your personal circumstances.

There are limited lenders in the 90% LTV market, but the New Year might bring about some changes.
