T-shirts that don't lose their neck shape!?!

Hi all,
I would like to find some good quality, plain t-shirts to wear under things. I am fed up of my present ones losing their shape, especially at the neck, after washing a couple of times!! Mind you they were from Primark !!
I do not really want to spend too much as they are just for layering up.
Cheers for any help.

I'd get one with Lycra in it (check the label).
Most jersey fabric (what tshirt fabric is called) have some sort of stretch in them and its generally made from some sort of man made material. Elastane, poly....whatevers, spandex, Lycra...there are many types. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and basicly, some of these base materials are better quality then others, essentially they both last better and they actually work!
I'd say Lycra but there are also good and bad elastanes. Its just that Lycra is a brand name and so easier to find clothing that has it in rather then trying to tug and a tshirt and thinking "is this good elastane or bad elastane"!
I have stuff from Primark which has held its shape well so I know they do have some good quality stuff, its just not easy to find! Some stuff I have from there has just grown holes in the fabric or like you, lost its shape completely. I'd guess its the same with most stores too.0
