I'm also looking for somewhere in the Greater Belfast area. Deliveries seem to be taking a while at the moment and a few litres wouldn't go amiss to get through the weekend!0 -
Maxol garages should be selling the 20 or 25 litre drums - theres one on Mallusk Road in Newtownabbey and plenty on the Newtownards Road in Belfast - they are more expensive per litre than home deliveries thoughNorn Iron Club Member #64

2 Places in the North West, although that is no use to you unfortunately:o Eglinton and Greysteel filling stations sell it from the pump (supply your own containers) and it works out cheaper than an emergency drum or 2, or so I've been told. I've never had to do either but if the cold keeps up I may resort to it:eek:I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0

Cheapest i've seen is £17 from a coalman, can't see it being sold in such small quantities for anything less.Norn Iron Club member No 3530 -
Apologies for bumping this thread but does anyone know anywhere in the Belfast area which sells heating oil from a pump?
I've looked round a number of threads and it seems it would be cheaper to fill your own drum from such a facility but most of the places mentioned are in the NW. I have googled and think this might be available at the Go station in Carrickfergus. Can anyone confirm?0 -
Not sure about new Go station, but Clipperstown garage (old BP station, now Star) have it on pump for about £16 for 20litre drum. Alternatively further up the woodburn road there is a small shop (Speedy fuels??) who will fill your own 20L drum for £14.0

the garage on the old glenarm road in larne sells from the pump. it was 55p a litre just after xmas. massively cheaper than buying the drums0
