Jobs in Kings Lynn? - West norfolk ?

Does anyone know of any jobs in Kings Lynn or west norfolk. I'm an 18 year old male whos been out of work for a year and everywhere i go im told i "lack experience " - well thats true if nobody is going to give me experience :rotfl:

It is winter, but is there still seasonal farm/ food factory work in the summer? The local gangmasters normally don't require experience for fruit picking etc, and the canning factories would be similar.

why not print of a decent CV and go around businesses asking for work experience (unpaid) for 2-3 months and get something on your CV that way, this will give you more potential for the future.

Have you been looking for work for a year, if so, can you not get help with training costs, etc.. that may help you get a job? What about work trials?

What kind of job would you want to do, you tried job centre site, jobsite.co.uk, monster. What about retail work

Try this website, imho its the best jobsite. A lot of call centre use the Myxxxjobs group and usually they have banners at the side of the website

Thanks for all replies !! I am now offering to work for free for a few months and I will also be in the lynn news on friday with a mug shot lol. Got a story on my current problems regarding getting work

I used to work at a school near Kings Lynn. Why not offer to volunteer at a local school - schools are always in desperate need of volunteers? You might find a job comes up as a learning support assistant or a cover supervisor whilst you are doing this and as a volunteer you will be in a pretty decent position to apply! Good luck!
