I bought a 500g Pack of Mince Yesterday, the Use by Date was yesteday.
This morning I have browned it all off in the Pan and added in my Pasta Sauce, Mushrooms & a Tin of Carrots.
Have made myself two Dishes of Lasagne with some left spare, which I was going to keep aside for Spaghetti Bolognese
I have put my two Dishes of Lasagne in the Fridge. Considering Ive partially cooked it, how long can I leave it in the Fridge seeing as the Use by Date was yesterday before I need to put it in the Freezer.
I dont have that much room you see. I could keep one and have for Tea tomorrow though.

As far as I know, once you've cooked it, you've got a little longer. So it should be fine till tomorrow. Hopefully, someone will come along and confirm this for you.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
