Sorry - I have listened to Shred/Jillian and I had two glasses of Cava last night:(. I am useless. How on earth I thought I would make 30 days is beyond me!
Hubby says the diet doesn't suit me I have given up too much at once and am very grumpy..I said to him 'what do you know, sod off' (whilst growling)!!

:DWell I did say theres 'nowt weirder than ebay folk and tonight proves the point, an item that is very commonly available for £16 on the high street has just sold for £22.55:eek: Another item that has been listed 3 times and almost put in the charity bag has a £6 bid on it, other items have gone for less than I expected; swings and roundabouts eh?? It all adds to the de-cluttering:j.
No other money making today, however I do have 6 mystery shops to complete on Friday:D.
I have drunk another 2 glasses of Cava tonight, looked up the calories and have allowed for it by not eating something that is good for me;) I am useless!
I WILL NOT DRINK DURING THE WEEK -but will make up for this by having a lovely bottle of Cava shared with myself(:p) over a Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday night - I CAN DO THIS!! Carn't I???
I 'picked' my first potatoes today, am hoping I can fit them in my new diet tomorrow:j
Next week I am going to try to go to the gym 5 times to make up for the alcohol! (If my knee holds out that is:()

Ah well another day another week!
I have posted of numerous ebay parcels, banked my water cheque and been to the gym:j.
I am currently printing off some mystery shopping assigments for later in the week. The house looks like a tip and there is a ginormous mountain of ironing however I just don't have any motivation to do it:(
I could really do with listing some more items on ebay but cannot be arffed farffed to do that either!:(
I think I might have a chillax (as my niece would say) and watch a film...how very self indulgent:o
Hope everyone is ok.

Hey. If you're 'depriving' your self and you know you're depriving yourself then have some drinks at the weekend.... I may be vegetarian but cannot live on salad alone... (sometimes I have to have pizza) (like last night) (and chips)
Am considering the shred thing too as its only 20 minutes...:eek:MFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15March 14/15

An exhausting day today, work was manic and then I went to the gym (again!):D Went to see mum, she has had an emotional roller coaster of a day but I think I left her happy:o
Came home cooked tea, salmon with new pots. from the garden and carrots, was very tasty:j Then comes the BIG sulk, I say to hubby 'I washed up last night, its your turn tonight', OMG you would have thought I had asked him to eat salad for the rest of the year, he can sulk for the U.K. Men:mad:
No money making today as such, however I did have a phone call asking me to work on Sunday, which of course I accepted:T:T:T
Heard the ice cream van early, I was SO tempted to buy an 'Oyster' but I was :A and resisted.
Big old weigh day tomorrow, I really hope i've done well.

As someone who considers themselves quite fit - I can manage a steady 10k with very little difficulty, I took it upon myself to spend a well earned £10 voucher on The Shred and several weeks later having watched it once through, I did it tonight.
I am writing this now as I know I won't be able to move my fingers, let alone anything else tomorrow. It was 20 minutes of hell and at one stage my legs were wobbling like jelly - oh how I laughed at how gullible I had been when I saw the DVD mentioned on this thread and then made an impulsive buy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'm not suprised the USAs biggest losers have lost so much weight.
I am now having to take the evening off doing anything...because I physically can't manage it.

Floxxie - poor you! You're trying to put me off I reckon. The USA biggest losers have to burn 6000 cals a day but faced with Jillian thats probably not as bad as that........is it?????????MFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15

D day, I lost 3.5lb, wish it was more as I worked my big butt off for that (perhaps I shouldn't have had that wine on the weekend:o) I think thats a total of 1stone 7lb..will check later and report back!!
Had an appointment with the physio who thinks I have a Bakers Cyst behind my knee, she is also worried about my hips and suggests I see a Orthopedic consultant as she feels whatever is going on is gegenerative (sp?) and I am too young for it to be classed as normal:mad::mad::mad:. Bet I cannot get the doctor to refer me, oh well will pay for a private consultation if need be, however if I need any surgery it will be the good old NHS waiting list for me.
On the money front I managed another MS telephone call so thats £7.50 for the coffers:j
