Loans from spannish based companies

Hi, Ive been trying conventional routes of banks etc to raise finance for a new business im trying to get off the ground. We dont have enough equity in the house to make this an option and have exhausted loan routes. I have recently come across some spanish based loan companies who have in principle offered to help. Im a bit wary of this route and just wanted to find out if anyone else had experiance with this type of lender and if is legitimate?

I have a good credit profile and am looking to raise £30,000 for a new business in the construction sector so if there are any other suggestions I would gladly welcome the advice.
