Scottish Amicable Home Purchaser Help

Just reading over my annual bonus statement from Prudential/Scottish Amicable

My policies (2) are both Home Purchaser

The rate of annual bonus applied to the policy is 0.80/1/50%

However on my reading it should be 2.00/2.00

According to their Annual Bonus Results -

http://www.pru.co.uk/existing_customers/bonus_declaration_2009/rates_table/

Can anyone offer any advice/help on what I should do

Seems to be they have been applying the bonus applying to Principal type policies to my policies when they should have been applying Home Purchaser

Thanks for any advice

I have a Home Purchaser too.
Underneath the "Plan No and type of Plan" column there is the plan number then a space, then on mine there is 01.
This means I have 1st series.
The 2.00/2.00 bonus is for series 2 and 3.
At the bottom of my annual statement in tiny writing it confirms that bonuses are allocated to the Principle Bonus Series :(
My guess is yours is the same as mine but IF you have plan type 2 or 3 then yes, you should have the higher rate.
