Ooh I love Hairspray - are you watching the old one or the new version? Both are fab but different.

I've had someone asking for a BIN on an item but its brand new and cost £100 so I have no idea what to ask for it. I told her to make me an offer. It will have to be good to make me take it off (well amend it) for her

ok I have a small dilemma ... is it ok to discuss on here?

I have 2 accounts: 1 is business and 1 personal. the business one has over 1100 100% pos feedback and the personal one has 12 100% pos feedback. yesterday i listed loads of things on the personal account - 128 items of underwear [dont ask] and i dont have 1 watcher - not one. on my business account i didnt list these items... i have plenty of watchers on stuff on business account.

so my dilemma is... should i leave the personal account cos the feedbak is too low and people wont trust me and just list everything in business account?

    dunno what to do? :-(

  • It's the new version, with Zac Efron - what a hunk, prefer him in Hairspray than in HSM. John Travolta is so funny!

I don't think I've ever seen the original with Ricky Lake.

I LOVE Zac Efron! Yummy. My niece fancies him too. He's too young for me and too old for her :) he looks too young in HSM but its not wrong to fancy him in Hairspray. You should watch 17 again, he's very very nice in that

You should watch the old Hairspray, its brilliant. One of my top 5 favourite movies

mrscmr - I would give it a little longer and just see what happens with the new account. Someone with 12 feedbacks would not put me off bidding. Maybe its just the stuff you have listed there which is attracting less watchers so far but it might improve

I wouldnt worry just yet, as you only put the things on yesterday - I find i dont get watchers on things till they've been on for a few days (depending on what i put on) and sometimes not till a couple of days before the listing ends. low feedback score wouldnt put me off as long as they had 100% positive ratings. if you leave the low feedback acct you'll never get the chance to increase your feedback. stick with it, you'll be ok!

ok i did 128 new listings in 3 hours.... i v tired after working all day on proper work... felt a little like a mad person towards the end........

now i have to go tidyup the kitchen!

    night all xx

Love to know how you do it! I can only average about 5 listings an hour normally. I think i get worried that if i dont put enough info in the listing i'll get caught out by some buyer, so I probably make my listings far too indepth. Especially clothes, they're the worst I go into graphic detail about number of buttons, print, and measure everything! Bit carp when it only sells for 99p or doesnt sell at all!

  • I listed yesterday without the photos but now need to get the camera out and upload the photos. I have some watchers, so now need to encourage bids!

  • you sound like me mrscmr, if I dont get watchers after a day or so I start panicking;)

TBH low feedback wouldnt bother me as long as it was 100%, becasue we all had to start somewhere.
The mind boggles at all that underwear being listed:rotfl:;)
  • Jesarose - how old is Zac Efron I might be old enough to be his mum (I'm 41 in February).

mrscmr - 12 feedback isn't too bad, I wouldn't worry just yet, can you buy some things on that account just to get some more feedback.
