Hi there everyone,

This is my first post in here and I wondered if I could ask a bit of advice.

I had my first ebay sales at the beginning of the month after the last free listings, one of which was a iomega zip drive and some disks. I put in the description that I used the drive on my mac and that I believed that it would work on a pc too ( I had a CD with software for windows!) It was sold, sent it off the next working day recorded and got confirmation that it had been received (Phew!) I just checked back today to find some feedback (marked as positive) and the buyer has written 'would like to know more about the compatibility with my computer' on 13th March 2 weeks after receiving it.

This is where I need a bit of advice - should I contact her to see if all is ok or should I leave it - she's not sent me a message to say it isn't working but the feedback has concerned me.

Any of your thoughts on this would be great. This is one of my first sales so I'm not sure what to do. My mind is telling me to send her a message with a link to the zip drive drivers. Help!!!

Well done, it seems that generally the cases are in buyers favour so it's good to hear that sometimes they see sense.

Hi, glad to hear that you had a good craft fair, I saw on your diary the probs with son. Hope that all the tests come back negative & that it's just an over reaction.
I had that with my daughter after she'd had glandular fever, tests came back with a liver problem, GP called me at home & said don't worry but, so I paniced. However it turned out that some protein, I think it was, is present in liver failure & as girls hit puberty. Hopefully, fingers crossed your lad will be AOK & it will be nothing.

not such a great weekend for me! been surprisingly busy and not on ebay unfortunatley!

14 listed so far! will aim to get that to 50 before the end of the day! prob wont even reach 30 but theres nowt wrong with aiming high lol!

the fact that no on else is on must mean you are all listing like crazy! im right behind you lol!

I'm not doing well either, have about 3 for tonight so far, did about 6 yesterday, it's hard for me when OH is working the weekend as I have the 3 kids so can't spend too much time on the computer, plus they have had parties yesterday and today. Going to look around later when OH comes in for the more 'expensive' items and just list those, the other 'tat' can wait for anytime. I've decided to go through everything in my boxes and send most of it to the charity shop.

Going to concentrate on my Business Ebay account for the moment as I've ordered some Summer stock.

I'm just doing some relists now, OH should be in in an hour so will go upstairs and see what I can find at the top of the kids cupboard as I've got some boxes up there.

Shame Ebay don't give more notice of a free listing weekend, could have done with finding out on Monday as it would have given me a bit more time to get stuff ready.

Hope everyone else is doing OK.
