  • I have had a fantastic ebaying run in January, cant believe I was going to leave it till Feb to start cause I didnt think I would get many sales, got another £25 on bids that end today and 12 watchers on three if the items,so with a bit of luck I might even make £450 this month:j
  • I'm doing OK too this month, have just wrapped 17 parcels, 2 are left but they are Overseas ones so am leaving those until tomorrow. I'm waiting for 8 payments on one account, not sure how many on the other.

Just need my next lot of Paypal money to go in (hopefully tomorrow) and then I can pay the minimum payment on my Barclaycard.

Got a few things finishing tonight, a couple of bids, one at 99p the other £9.99.

DD3 was up at 4am this morning, luckily OH had to get up then too and she was asleep again by the time he left for work at 5.15, he left her on the settee and she woke up crying at 7.15, am quite tired today so might sneak off for a kip after I've picked the kids up from school and been to the Post Office.

  • Good to see your all doing so well. I have quite a few bids and watchers for my stuff ending on sunday. None of them are massive bids tho so i wont get too excited.

I just need to work out whats going wrong with my new items.

  • Posted two parcels off today both of them were 35p more to post than I had put on ebay... I had better start weighing rather than going off completed items postage... :S Still two more things out of the house, just another few hundred to go... and money towards next Christmas in paypal.

I posted four of my parcels today - I am now £67.63 better off :)

A few more have paid and I will do some relists tonight. Need to start doing some more descriptions to go with my half prepared listings
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155
  • I'm away this weekend so I'm signing in with my total for January, which is

    *drum roll*

    £265.67!

I'm counting money that has cleared into my bank account from paypal. There's still some extra money in my paypal that I haven't withdrawn yet so that will go towards February's total. I'm going to challenge myself to make £250 for February and I'm pretty sure I can do it :)

Thank you to everyone on this thread - we're all doing so well and it's really motivating to have other people busily ebaying away - cheers guys!
  • I sold another 3 items last night that i had relisted for the 3rd time. I had given up on then selling but they did and i got £10 for the 3 items. I will workout my january total on sunday night once my sunday listings have finished.

  • Wow everyone has done really well this month! My total is £57.79, which isn't as well as some as you guys, but I'm still really pleased as it's helped with the bills! Still got 3 items active, 1 with 7 watchers, 2 with bids only amounting to £1.98 lol. Hoping we all do even better in February! :j

    Morning ladies,

Great to see that the bids and money are coming in. I've been very busy with doctors and hospital appointments and knowing that I have an op coming up, I decided not to list for a while as I could guarantee that my buyers won't pay until I'm not here.

However I have been listing on Amazon and GreenMet and plan to finish my CDs, books and DVDs by Sunday. This is an enormous task so have given myself Monday and Tuesday to cover this as well.

In the meantime, I have sold an average 2 a day on Amazon/GreenMet so very pleased with that although the money is not much, it helps and has cleared out some space.

Have also decided to buy that expensive bunk bed from Next and M-i-l is going to contribute towards it but still have to find £200 for the bed and then the money for the mattresses and oh yes, I have to clear the eBay room as this is where it will be going.

So will catch up later for a read of the threads and to keep me going...
