Inverness Hogmanay Party: Due to severe weather and on the advice of the police, the Council has cancelled its Hogmanay Party at the Northern Meeting Park Arena.

Sorry if this sounds stoopid but is it quite common to receive this amount of snowfall in Inverness? I mean over the last week or so Westhill has received around 2 feet of the stuff....not used to it as i only moved from Kent in December 08:eek:0
