just thought i would post this for all you lovelies who have made a new years resolution to lose weight or get fit! it may not be the end to your troubles but it is a very good starting point!

seems like a really good deal when you read the reviews.

you can "feed" a little matchstick person with the foods you have eaten that day and it will show it getting fatter if what you have eaten is not good!...there are loads of other features but that is my favourite

ooh i see! missed that! its still a fairly good price i suppose and pedometers can be picked up ten a penny these days.
