MSE name for the next decade

I have noticed on several threads that people are asking what to call the next decade, the tenners seems to have been suggested.
I would like to suggest that we come up with a good MSE name and would like to recommend the 'THRIFTIES'.
Our society has become too commercialised and we need to hit back at the 'because you are worth it' marketing ploys to encourage people to spend.
The Thrifties seems to encapsulate the times and will help us all to survive the next few years.
What do you think?

I think The Thrifties would be perfect - sums it up and describes what I plan to be - starting from today (a wee bit early but in a good way)
.
My start has been paying £400 to an Argos Card online, thereby avoiding any interest charges and switching my cc balance to the RBS 0% deal as highlighted on MSE. :j
I like this thrifty thing!DFW Nerd Club # 13640 -
The Thrifties would be perfect if it was 2030 or 2050 though, sounds good but way before it's time
