I am wondering how much I could potentially get on my earnings. I have reasonable ammount of outgoings ;approx £1180 thats all bills & food. I am wondering if my credit score is high enough to get a mortgage and would i have to coinsider the sub prime market? I am looking for help from a whole market mortgage broker that can give me some honest advice.

You don't give enough information for a meaningful answer.
Some questions -
1) how much deposit do you have saved up?
2) What debts do you have and what are the monthly outgoings on those?
3) Why do you feel you may need a subprime lender? e.g. what, if any, adverse credit do you have?
4) What kind of property values do you think you'd be looking at?0 -
A rough guideline could be 3 or 4 times your income - however it could be more or less than that, depending on the answers to Andy's questions.
If you are looking at sub prime because of adverse credit - do you have an up to date copy of your credit file?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
