Napster cashback declined - anyone else

I signed up for the Napster trial via quidco which shold have earnt me £5 cashback, it tracked ok, but checking today it has been declined, has this happened to anyone else? Why should it have been declined and shold I raise a query with quidco?

I'd raise it with Quidco, have you ever joined Napster before? if so then your not a new customer and wont get the cashback and be careful as if it was a free trial for new customers and you weren't a new customer, you could get charged! I had that happen with E-music and they charged me an entire year within 24 hours of the "free trial"!!

Yes I was a new customer with napster, I had never been on there site or heard of them, I tried raising it with qidco, however they are not accepting enquiries from this trader.

i had the same problem.
i got 2 responses,
one was that the napster cashback was listed twice, so one had been cancelled.
the 2nd was that i should raise a flag or something, i dunno.
so im waiting for a few days then i'll check it out.
im getting tired of quidco and i just joined
