I have a secured loan with welcome finaince and My monthly payments are usually due by direct debit on the 30th of everymonth, but last few months it has been paid by card as my wages have never been in on time to cover dd, any this month I dont get paid till next week and another wage the following week and have not been able to pay Welcome monthly payment today, I am up to date with my account just unable to pay this month
I have however sent them a letter today enclosing a cheque dated 5/01/10 for half and another cheque dated 8/01/10 for the other half, my question is will they accept this? They wont get it now till they return on Monday/tuesday anyway which will be when they realise dd is return unpaid.
Can anyone tell me of their experiences stories with Welcome finance and if you think they will accept? They will have to as I just dont have funds here to give them!
Ive also sent them my monthly payment for January post dated cheque that way i dont get hassled from them asking me when Im paying it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
