Hi all

I bought an enormous gammon and lump of beef for my buffet tonight with the intention of cutting them up and freezing part of them.

I've just chopped them up - will I be alright to leave the bits I'm not using wrapped in the fridge and freeze them tomorrow now that I've "un-vacuum packed" them? I don't really have freezer space at the mo

but should have by tomorrow! :rolleyes:
