meals plans with varietyie meat, fish, pasta rice etc

hi all

my new year's resolution is to get back on the waggon with meal plans...

so i am looking for inspiration to get me started...

I remember once seeing a meal plan system on here that had a system such as pasta one day, potato another, rice another and a good mix of a fish meal, a meat meal and a veggie meal......

i also need to get better at building leftovers into our meal plans as our dog has got very fat the last 6 months from eating the leftovers after they have sat in the fridge too long for humans!

does anyone have any idea where i can find a link to such a meal plan....

or links to other varied diet plans?

I am determined to get meal planning back on track and save money and get the kids eating healthier!

If you put "mealplans" into a title search, you'll get them all, going back. You can then take a look and see what you'd like to plan.
