Got our date and holiday location, took a long time but be persistent and you will get it booked. Sometimes had to guess where the booking button was.

I presume you haven't actually read the thread? There is a queue for requesting priority codes and there are over 100 people waiting ahead of you. You can add yourself to it by following the instructions within this thread. I'm sure you didn't intend to queue jump ahead of people who have been patiently waiting

First page you type in the token codes your priority reference number and email address

You then have to select your choice of parks and dates- you must enter the minimum number on there.

It will then offer you a park/date combination. If you want it you accept, if not you amend and you have to enter different parks/date to enable it to offer you others

When you get one you're happy with you then proceed to the payment page.

If I could get back on the site I'd have a look and double check- yesterday it was pretty obvious- there was a big section on the first screen with 8 empty boxes for the token codes, then sections for priority code and email.

You aren't trying to use an old link? I can't get on the site at the moment- probably heavy traffic.
