    3 Minutes is the answer - cook for 2 and back in for 1 min...

    To prepare in microwave oven:
    Mix the oats of one sachet and 180ml of milk in a non-metallic bowl and cook on full power* 2 minutes. Give them a stir and pop back in for another minute. Stir again and leave to stand for 1 minute. Now tuck in!
