Hols over - back to reality :p

I am feeling a lot less stressed and quite positve - and intend to stay that way :D

No big plans, setting myself up for failure - a more 'baby steps' plan!
    • only put 3lbs on which I'm pleased about, so I intend to get that back off as soon as possible, and then a further 7lbs by end July (a total loss of a stone)
    • have been putting stuff on my credit card for hols so will stop using it and then pay if off over the next 3-4 months (by end of Sept)
    • have a bit of a tan and look quite 'well' so I intend to stick to a good routine to keep it up (I am a summer person and always look better in summer)
    • start and stick to an exercise plan - 2 sessions a week to start with and and see how I go from there
    • accept every invitation I get - I have few things coming up and I intend to enjoy them and not make paying off debts too much of a priority. I am making all my minimum payments and the total is slowly coming down, that is good enough for me. I have a long way to go and I want to be able to enjoy my life
    • need to do some serious thinking about my work situation - not sure if I want to continue in my current role with the long hours, stress etc. Can it be changed to make it better (there are aspects I love!) or is it time to move on? No rash decisions on this one - just need to start thinking it over

    Hey sweetie,

I like the sound of your 'easy does it' plan & I'm really impressed with your weight loss & exercise routine.

Good to hear that you are 'considering' possible work changes too.

Another Mary Queen of Shops fan too :D

    Hey SG :)

Just thought I'd drop by, have been a bit slack lately lurking and not posting.

Good news on the weightloss that's fab, plus going out with friends is always good.

Have a lovely weekend, and enjoy the sunshine.

    xx
