I heard there's a most acceptable Chinese Restaurant there with a cheap all you can eat buffet - even been tempted to take a trip over!!0

Sounds interesting - any ideas of name and/or address, please?

I'm almost certain it's the JADE PAVILLION RESTAURANT. I used to have a colleague who went over regularly and raved about the place. They used to have an online menu, but this seems to have disappeared. The descriptions of their Buffet Banquets I used to be subjected to made my mouth water!!!

Thanks - definitely sounds worth checking out. Not a million miles from Weston Favell, either

Chinese - eat all you can. there are two. 'maxi buffet' insheep street and 'aroma' in horsemarket. both short walk from town centre.
prices do go up later in week and w/ends but so do choices on offer.
am off to maxi tonight !
be warned - drinks are not cheap though!!!!0 -
Farmfoods have those bars in the "Buy 5 for a £1" section, and they're the TMF ones in my local, so you could then get 20p back (one bar per household for the claim) so 5 bars for 80p, much better than the £1.05 they charge in Asda.

Thanks to PJfromuk, I've remembered it was "Aroma" that I used to hear about, looked at their website and that was the one -

There's the menus and pics on this website, prices are under "information", if you click on one of the locations. Sorry for the earlier duff info
