if i make cookies can i freaze them?

im thinking of making short bread and maybe choclate ....something if i can find a recipe but if i make a whole bunch i wont eat them so can i freaze them? maybe not MS but then again i dont want to waste anything...

You can freeze the cookie dough as a sausage shape then just slice off a few disks and bake as you want them.0

or freeze the dough in small balls if it's not a slicing mixture .I do it all the time with things like chocolate chip cookies. That way I always have something in the freezer for church cake stalls etc .0

I freeze cooked cookies - just let them cool fully and layer them in a plastic tub with baking parchment to stop them sticking together. They'll keep fine!Not Buying It 20150
