    No 9 for me today (Thursday)

    What really helps me is taking lunch into work and also leaving the purse at home

    I have to go shopping on Friday to get some essentials.

    I was going to go at lunchtime but now that I have found something in the freezer for lunch tomorrow I can put it off until after work and hopefully find some whoopsies
