Thanks...I would like to know how hard my water is - Limescale is really bad where I am...so this would be useful. (I dread to think what the quotes from them afterwards will be like though.)

Thanks for this. There was supposed to be one included in the free washing powder scoops, posted a while ago, but l got two and neither of them had one in. At least l can find out how much powder l am supposed to use. Already know that we have hard water, just need to know how bad.

Thanks but i already know how hard my water it so hard that it would bruise your hand lol i have to descale the kettle every 3 days
