There does not appear to be anything on the agreement with my or the bank's signature or date on. Would they have needed to give me a copy of this if they had it in order to satisfy my SAR request?

The date on the copy of my application form is also missing. I am not sure whether this is relevant or not?

From first glance the documents don't appear to contain all the prescribed terms - the fact the date and corner is missing won't affect things, in any case it would be worth sending the CCA Dispute Letter and see what they come back with, it almost looks as though they have added some terms to the original application
