I ordered mine on the 4th Feb and had it sent to my partners address.
He arrived to spend the weekend with me on 13th and it still hadnt arrived.

I emailed Bonus Print on Sunday evening (14th Feb - Valentines Day) to ask what had happened, let them know it hadnt arrived and request a refund.

Theyve sent me two emails. The first ignoring the fact it hadnt arrived and telling me the card had been dispatched on the 5th Feb, the second requesting that I check with the sorting office!

I know this is a small amount of money but the principle remains the same: that Bonus Print are responsible for the card not arriving. Even had it arrived after the 14th it would still have been pretty crap as it should be there in time for the very reason I bought it in the first place.

Im upset cause I spent a lot of time and effort putting the card together online (and had to do it several times cause the website kept crashing meaning I had to redo it).

All in all a really shoddy affair. I wont be using Bonus Print again.

I believe you can tell more from a person by the way they say 'no' than the way they say 'yes' and Im very very very disappointed with the way that Bonus Print has dealt with this.

Dont trust them
