If you're aged between 16 and 24 years old and reside in the London areas of Fulham, Hammersmith or Westminster, you can get a free £10 evoucher to use at HMV, if you agree to having a chlamydia test.

Simply order a free test, follow the instructions (it'll just involve peeing in a pot) and send it back to the address specified. You can choose to receive your results via the post, phone or text.

Included with the test will be a form which you'll need to complete to claim the free £10 HMV e-voucher. This'll be sent separately from your results.

The promotion's ongoing until 30 March 2010.
