Ive come accross this website and ive listened to the verbal stuff for about 20 mins! But im wary about shelling out the money, I thought I would see if anyone knows about itf irst......

It just looks like another of those diet gimmiks. I think it is a con. I agree with some of what was said in the presentation - that fad diets dont work, that most people re-gain the weight they loose.
But I dont think this is the answer. Better to follow a common sence "eating less calories" approach. I also agree when they say lots of arobic excersive wont make you loose weight. I was surprised to see how little enegery swimming and cycling burn, and that muiscle building excerise will help you burn more energy in between excersising . . .heres me waffling.
I'm sure there is no real harm in what they are selling, but it doesnt sound anything special to me, I dont think you will learn anything you couldnt for free! its ironic they are selling the same miricale diet message / amazing new discovery type diet message they put down at the begginning of their presentation.0
