Can't bluetooth to pogo polaroid printer?

Hi,

Received a polaroid pogo printer for christmas. Have tried to bluetooth images from my mobile to the printer and it can find the device but then, when sending, states 'disconnected'.

Have tried multiple times. Has anyone any ideas?

    Have you tried pairing with the printer before you actually send the file?

    Do you have a t mobile pulse by any chance? I am unable to connect either but that is because the bluetooth capabilities of the pulse are a bit suspect!

    Have tired to pair them up and a little padlock next to the device name unlocked but it still hasn't worked!!

    It is t mobile but not a pulse.

    Any more ideas?

    For me the problem is my phone and not the printer. My Hubby's phone will connect and print no problems :confused:
