I know I shouldn't have done it but I did.:o
I've got a 500g tetra pack of Ambrosia Devon Custard, I've not had my xmas pud yet but it's a single portion size that takes about 30 sec in the microwave so obviously that's not going to use a lot.
Any ideas what to do with the rest, trifle would be the obvious one but I don't have any jelly. These are some of the things I have.
Cornflour
Clementines that I bought too early and are starting to go dry
Some wedges of chocolate orange
tin of pineapple
1 lonely apple
some banana, but not quite ripe enough yet
eggs
or could I just freeze the remainder, the pack makes no mention either way.
I can't get to the shops at the moment because of the state of the road and footpaths, any suggestions please, I'm sure there's something patently obvious staring me in the face but I just can't see it.

You can certainly freeze it Woofles. If I were you I'd freeze it in small portions, maybe in ice cube trays and then you can just help yourself to a little custard when the urge strikes.0
