they were a short topycal info on ITV 1 about few weeks agos who dealt with the exact same issue stating that the law need to be reform as it only protect th einsureer andnto the consumer effectively .As of now, it is a worry what you tell an Insurer, if they don't ask a specific question, but there may be changes to that position, see other post, here:
