hi, we have a lot of people coming on new years eve - i have a whole christmas which we will not eat, any ideas what i can do with it to make into little cakes or something to serve with mulled wine - will save me going out and buying loads of mince pies - any thanks in advance for any idas

Christmas Pudding Ice Cream?
Shred / crumb the left over pud, mix in with some high quality vanilla ice cream - might have to soften it a bit first - refreeze in a pudding bowl.
Serve by turning out & top with Holly etc.:mad: :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0
