wondered during the school holidays about packing the car up - remembering the kids and heading off for a week or so - hee hee feel a bit like a romany!! - who can recommend a good lodge or two - am setting off from lincolnshire - the world is my oyster - dont mind which direction we go - did think about eventually ending up devon area but would imagine the ones in that area wont be on the deal/offer - or towards wales ...anyone any suggestions of nice ones that are usually included in this offer - thanks ever so for any advice - have never done anything like this before - lol!

    Hi all,
just to let you know the sale has started.
I have just booked London Farrington on the for 11th June for £12. This is for three adults so really pleased.
I am also staying for a second night and when putting this down in a block booking for two nights it worked out at costing £25 per night so did two seperate bookings one for £12 and one for £25.
£37 for two nights in the centre of London for three adults for a weekend away to watch England play USA in the local pubs isn't bad.

I also saw in Birmingham central rooms for £9 on this date.

    Happy searching

I have not gone to bed yet!! I managed to find £9 rooms at around 3.30 am and they might have been up earlier. Booked lots of rooms at £9 for London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.

Don't forget QuidCo or your preferred cashback site

I need a painkiller for my headache now due to lack of sleep and concentrating too much on the computer screen :rotfl:

The site has already slowed down significantly. Hope you all find a bargain break.
  • Well I am a little underwhelmed.

Got up at 5.00 am to see if I could snaffle a bargain in London for August and there was the odd sale room showing but almost everything else was coming up at full price on the grid.

I changed my search and managed to get 4 nights in Marylebone in August for £29 per night Saver rate, but I couldn't find a sale rate for that hotel for the whole of July or August.

Not complaining too much as £29 for a central London hotel in August is still a bargain but I got rooms in Fulham for Easter at £9 per night in the last sale just a few weeks ago and had expected at least one night at the cheap rate.

Really grateful to OP for posting this. I got on at 6am and managed to book the rooms I wanted although site kept going down. It did come back up though minutes later so keep trying if this happens to you.

I did well - 2 nights in Brighton for £24, 3 nights in Swansea for £27. funnily in each case the second room I booked (large family) was a little bit more expensive :-) - must only be one room at bottom price!!!
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine
