Hi,I haven't been on here for many months now and so wish everyone a merry xmas and hope they have a good new year.
In Feb and March my OH and myself went BK, as I dont work there was no IPA but my OH has one for £300. We both understand that this and have no issues with paying it. If circumstances change after his BK finishes ca we make any changes to it or not?
I am planning to go back to university next september, its a full time course but I'll only need to be there 3 days a week. As we have 2 children 1 starting school in sept I'll need childcare for those 3 days. A childminder would cost us about £900 a month where as an aupair would be about £400.
Does anyone know if there is anyway we can reduce our IPA to cover some of the costs of this?
Thanks

yes any time you have a change in your circumstances you tell the OR and they will recalculate the IPAHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0

you may make any changes to your life that you wish, the IPA is just calcualed at current circumstances whatever they may be. The OR does not tell you whether you should study, or work or where you should work or how much you should earnHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
