    Started on 180, then got bored of waiting after 40 mins and turned it up to 220! Maybe i need to learn to be patient

    try at 200 for 15 mins - push a knife tip into one - not through the shell, but where you have cut them and they have opened out a bit - it should be softer than when raw. or peel one and try it. if not quite done, put back for 5 mins.
