    back from work and just about to go to docs. I went last week because of the being 39 and female 'problem' I have had for a while and the tablets he gave me didn't work. He's given me some different ones and cornered me whilst I was there into going back to have a smear tonight and also a bit more of a poke around _pale_ and then see what that turns up. I really don't want to go.

    I also have to go for some blood tests on Monday to check my magnesium and salt levels (amongst other things) because of all the cramps I get in my left leg. I know they are related to the spinal cord damage but it does my head in.

    oh well.....gulp.......better go.......
