OK this confused me a little, but will give it a go... :rotfl:
 Win:
£40,000 to Transform your home and garden PLUS: 5 x £1000 runner-up prizes
£14,000 to pay off your household bills PLUS: 5 x £500 runner-up prizes
 and
 £7500 to spend on a wonderful summer holiday PLUS: 5 x £200 runner-up prizes
I am assuming that the prize is simply cash and doesn't have to spent on any particular thing as it doesn't have anything like that in the terms
There is a code on the front of the magazine, if you don't want to buy the magazine then there is a NPN option for a free front cover.
To do this, send a SAE by 15th March to:
 Good Housekeeping Mar
 PO Box 10220
 Sutton Coldfield
 B76 1ZH
When you have the codes you can call or text to find out the winning numbers but they are £3 each to do  There is also a NPN route to receive a list of winning numbers...
