Sorry, but completely wrong.
A responsibility to pay a shortfall originates from a liability incurred before the BR order. I am glad the likes of Debtinfo, Fermi and the others are around to set us right, your advice is invaluable. I know most people post with the best intentions, but if the advice is incorrect then a lot of damage could possibly be done. I only give advice when I am 100% sure that it is right.
