using an OWL Electricity Measuring thingy

Hi
Ive been given an OWL electricity measuring thingy for Xmas but when I try to attach the piece to my electricity meter, I dont have a red live wire like it says I should!
My house is 2 years old, and the only wires are blue and brown. The part I need to attach is to the live wire (it is supposed to just clip around it)
Any ideas please?

Sealed Pot no 2011

The Brown cable is the one you need and yes you clamp the sensor around it I have just fitted one!
