banded by loan size as well as product type, choice of no product fee OR 0.35% ( instead of old flat rate fees) and IMHO rates are hardly market leading

not i can hardly say I'm impressed. There again I do think RBS group will become more competitive over the next year, they have been pretty consistent this year so farI am a Mortgage Adviser
