Can i freeze sliced up turkey that was cooked on christmas day or is it too late now? It's such a shame as it was a very nice piece of meat and would be sacrilige to let it go to waste now.

    I have still got some turkey left which was cooked on Christmas Eve. I will be freezing mine later today.

    I wasn't sure if it was too late to freeze.
