My son wants me to send his bike over to London. Does anyone know the most cost effective way of doing this? Thanks, Guys.

Most cost effective way is Parcel Force £22.50 ...but you need to remove the wheels, handle bars & pedals to fit in with their dimensions
Maximum parcel length is 1.5m. Maximum length and girth combined is 3.0mWhat's good for M&M enterprises is good for the country0

Thanks for the replies - will check them out next week. I'd heard of sendmybag.com but I wasn't sure if it was just for suitcases and boxes of books. Tbh, I don't want to have to go to the bother of dismantling bike parts if it can be helped.0

Could try Foster and Sons- Old Hollywood Rd - search them on Google- they carry single items and part loads to and from London- I've used them in the past.
No idea about cost- but worth an ask?

I tried Fosters recently for a house move and they were very dear and very slow to even send me a quote, plus failed to turn up the first time to give me a price and were nearly an hour late the second time. I just was not impressed by them but I know others have had good results from them. I ended up with a firm called Nixons.Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0

DPD (formerly Interlink Ireland) send all kinds of stuff to UK within 2 days, about the cheapest too0
